1. Agreement to Terms
By using Shield, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Shield is a ranking bot designed for Innovation Inc. Military's divisional databases and moderation. The Service provides ranking calculations, moderation tools, and related features for authorized users.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to gain unauthorized access, distributing malware, or engaging in any form of harassment.
5. Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Shield and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Shield, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
